Deposit

A deposit of £75.00 will be required from all hirers to cover possible loss or damage to contents, etc. This will be returnable by post, within 14 days, after deduction of the costs of any such loss, damage or infringement of the terms of the agreement.

Church Room - Rules & Conditions of Hire 2002

General Rules

Intoxicating Liquors

No intoxicating liquors are permitted to be brought in or consumed on the premises.

Betting, Gaming and Lotteries

Nothing shall be done on or in relation to the premises in contravention of the law relating to betting, gaming and lotteries, and the person or organisation to whom the Room is let shall be responsible for seeing that the requirements of the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963 are strictly observed.

Safety Regulations

Nothing shall be done that will endanger the policies of the Insurance relating to the Room or contents and in particular:

Car Parking

Cars must be parked in an orderly and responsible manner and with the minimum of noise on arrival and departure. The person or organisation in charge of hiring shall be responsible for seeing that these parking regulations are strictly adhered to.

Nuisance

Hirers are requested where possible, to avoid the wearing of stiletto heels.
