PRAYER NIGHT - APRIL 22 Prayer night for this month will be on April 22 at 8 pm. NEWS FROM PASCAL IN BURUNDI The Provincial Education Programme that began this time last year is developing well. Over recent weeks Pascal, as Education Coordinator, has taken visitors from Lambeth Palace and CMS Ireland to see some of the progress made with schools for which the Province has joint responsibility with the Government. Other visitors have provided two days of Project Management Training specifically related to the programme for representatives from all the dioceses. This encouragement and support has been much appreciated. Pascal and his family are well and send their greetings. On Sunday 18 May we are having a special 11am service with a focus on our children and young people. We would like the whole church family to meet together for this service. Deryn will be co-ordinating lifts tel. 899032 BITTER HEART BY THE WESLEY PLAYERS The Wesley Players on behalf of High Street Methodist church preset 'Bitter Heart', a play in three acts set at the time of the crucifixion and the approach of Pentecost. Venue: High Street Methodist Friday 25th and Saturday 26th April at 7:30 pm and Sunday April 27 at 6 pm. Admission is free. A retiring collection will be received to defray costs and for church work. Wider ministry - For our prayers...
