CYFA Weekend Away Next weekend CYFA are going to Herefordshire for the weekend. It would be great if you could: * Pray for us - that we will have an enjoyable and safe time together building up our relationships with one another and with God. * Make some bolognaise or a fruit crumble to take with us! (Please speak to Mel Sayles or Jen Osman) Thank you. THE GATHERING We had a great evening on Wednesday at The Gathering, led by Jane Holloway. We prayed for children, young people and all who care for them in the parish. The following is an example of how God spoke to us: A picture was given of an Orchard and the fruit on the trees represented the children and young people. Some fruit was damaged and bruised and lay on the ground. This picture seems to suggest that our responsibility is to care for all our fruit. With your update today you will find a list of prayer requests associated with this week's "Gathering". The next meeting is on 4th November at 8 -9.30 pm at the Church. The Elms Every two months Cogges is responsible for the service at the Elms. The next one is Friday October 16th at 1.15-1.45 anyone is welcome. We usually meet there. Please ask me about it.
